Whoa...

I basically took upon myself to start blogging again a couple of days back…but life’s been nice and hectic. Hence, this delay.

First of all, a huge hug to Radhika and Shubhi for making it to future cities! I love you guys and I hope you make it to the top. I wish the eco sections were allowed to participate too though. Heehee.

Now, now imagine my surprise when I discovered that sometimes we’re better off with life not being fair: I became the president of the consumer awareness club a couple of weeks back. So, for all I know, I wasn’t the best person for the job but that doesn’t stop me from putting it on my application!

Eleventh has got off to a good enough start, if not awesome. I’ve started to get used to my class even though there are, inevitably, couple of faces here and there that I seem to forget. MUN stay backs were interesting and tiring. I’ve got my fingers crossed, hoping against hope to get in. Honestly, I would have been freaking out if it weren’t for IP.

In other news, I had a great evening at my massis place today…raman is “shifting” to the hostel tomorrow. I don’t know how I would’ve handled him going for IIT Bombay or kanpur. I’m sooo glad he’s going to stay in Delhi.

Oh by the way did I mention how much I talk these days? There comes a point when my throat hurts but I’ve turned into such a hyper thing. Ask Aditii…trust me it’s not easy to handle me single handedly and she does…lol. i appreciate it very much sweetie.

I just realized its going to be midnight and as a matter of fact, I have school tomorrow…so gtg…

Okay, its not fun believe me to have a cold, be completely burnin not being able to open your eyes and on top of that having to miss all da padhai! I mean if i had to take day off, atleast i should be having fun right? Some times life is so not fair. But i did watch a perfect murder which is quite a cool movie. Yup loads of blood, extra-maritial afaair and that viggo guy is quite cute..
Neways moving on... Guess hu came first in the future cities (blah blah) in skool. Yup it was us (read: me, rads and archa) We kikd some solid nerdy ass. The look on the face of the stupid nerds of my class, when they were informed that 3 girls beat them. LOL. Suddenly everything made so much sense. Sigh.
Moving on, the cute guy at my golf course has some back problem and has stopped coming Which is extremely unfortunate. Considering now i have to learn all alone. Sigh. But oh well i still love that damn sport. there is some diplomat playing with me, who likes to give me unwelcomed advice. i think i've mentioned before how he told me "i needed help" and then ofcourse clarified later by saying "in golf" Hmph..
And ofcourse MUN was a disaster. Read: Rachit Dubey. Have not hated someone that much since Liz Kemp and Rasputin (4 obv reasons) Hehe. Don't expect to be selected. Since the chair didn't recognize me the first day and then the second day i hardly spoke. Oh well. I did participate last year.. maybe IP.
And before i sign off this is to remind everyone.. that my birthday is coming. hopefully people will have the common curtesy to get me something. Lol

some random stuff

Another dreary beginning to even a more dreary school year. And to all those who don't know, our sections just got shuffled. Aditii and Knshu were put in the same section. While I'm alone.. though i have Karishma with me. But still, this marks a disastrous start of the new academic year. Oh well moving on, as such no developments have taken place in the life of this teenager. Ofcourse, unless you call the starting of Physics and chemistry tutions as highly significant.
Hmm... the sky always seems blue.. and you wonder when its going to rain. I haven't even witnessed one rain shower.. the day before i returned had witnessed the last one. Blasted sun... and our new uniforms.. which make us feel so hot.
I have been watching the world cup avidly... and i reckon France will win.. though Italy seems to have stronger team. But France has better talent. I was quite sad to see the back of Cristiano Ronaldo. His front is much hotter. Lol. To all those people who believe he cheated. Who cares... its a game.. and in sport almsot every one cheats at some point of time. Keeping that aside.. it is true he cheated tho.... o well... the final is on sunday and then the hysteria will be over.
Oh well.. i should leave now... Have to study.. got homework. lol.. its almost sad

Why is it when i returned gleefuly back expecting to be greeted by thunderstorm and brilliant weather, all i got was humidity and well the summer loo. And don't you dare say it was because of me. It doesn't feel like i have been away for a month.. its really weird... It's like i cant imagine life there.. even though three days ago i was living it. Wierd.
Another revelation the advancement of technology is directly proportional to the complications it causes. Then again I'm sure everyone knew that already. After squeeling a laptop outta the father.. he promptly decided it was time to enter the new age.. that is " Go Wireless." Hence came 2 engineers to try their luck at fixing the damn router. fast forward 4 hours, i sit on my bed doing sudoku.. while the man from airtel tries 10 different positions for the router... almost tangled between the wires.. he seems quite fed up... i sweetly look up n ask him "is it working??" he looks almost scared when i ask him that.. n then with what looks like false determination he answers... "It will work.. I know it will" I wonder who he tries to reassure me or himself... But heavens it did start working.. a very pleased engineer took my signatures on the complaint slip.. and looked quite relieved to walk out from this dangerous.. wireless obstacle creating house... But so was I, pleased I mean, I waited eagerly for my dad to come so i could show off the new system. I guess i wished too soon. Coz as soon as he looked at the system he discovered a whole lotta bugs.. and he took out the whole thing again... mumbling"these engineers tday have no idea about technology" well thats where i came in!
