Of today's match...

Well, India did win from Pakistan by 195 runs, and Pakistan must have hoped against hopes to draw this match up but their confidence was not evident from their attitude and especially the approach of Inzimamam-ul-Haq. He is normally seen playing through all circumstances but today was as if, meant to be different.
Every ball as though, had already had India’s name written on it. It was clearly their day of cricket today when Kumble, once again proved that he deserved to be remembered when one thinks about the greatest players the Indian cricket has had and he definitely deserved to be the highest wicket taker of India. I, being an avid spectator of cricket and of course supporting the cause of India’s win, could only watch in wonder what Kumble did with the ball.
This test match has been really good for India. Sachin completed his 10, 000 test runs, Rahul Dravid made two centuries, Dinesh Karthick did a very good job with the gloves and the bat, Ganguly’s captaincy was also praised.
I really like Ganguly a lot and the fact that he hasn’t been in form is not very pleasant.
Laxman got injured and I really feel sorry for the poor soul but there isn’t much that anybody can do.
Balaji has had quite a good comeback considering the fact that Indian pitches don’t support the cause of medium pacers.
Anyways, overall I’m really happy with the way the Indian team is shaping up.
